Beautiful sandy beach. Nice and wide. no algae or rocks. Very clean. Tasteful room.

Unskilled, very hard-working staff.. Some of the waiters who spoke little or no English, who are charming in their own lack of planning but .... No fresh juices, cocktails not particularly.

Great views and good spa treatments. the location was perfect for a quiet city break. the staff were friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had what we needed.

The room was dirty and smelled musty. the air conditioning didn't work well, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

the exceptional attention to detail and exclusive amenities, such as the infinity pool overlooking the sea, made our experience unforgettable. the personalized service provided by the staff was outstanding, from the complimentary shuttle bus to the sister property to the delicious meals served at the on, site restaurant.

We only experienced one minor issue , the limited options for activities around the area. this wasn't a problem as we mostly stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of its gorgeous beach and lush surroundings.

All in all a dream holiday! There is nothing to complain about.

The hotel was a perfect place for xmas. Its secluded location is a real advantage, far away from any stress. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ready to help with everything. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options, both local and international dishes. The pool area was clean and beautiful and the beach was stunning, with crystal clear water.

There was a lack of variety in the restaurant's menu, and the prices were a bit expensive. We also noticed some minor flaws in cleaning, such as stains on the curtains and decorative pillows.

We loved the high-end bathroom products and variety of breakfast options served in the restaurant. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the all-inclusive deal was worth the value.

The housekeeping service could be improved, as the room was not cleaned until late afternoon, which interfered with our daily schedule.
